Auto Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative in our company, you will be delving into the exciting world of high-performance automotive parts. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around assisting customers with their product inquiries and sales needs. From handling quotations to processing sales orders and managing invoicing, you will be the key player in facilitating a seamless sales process. Communication will be a pivotal part of your role, as you engage with customers to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction. Your negotiation skills will come into play as you strive to close deals and address any complaints or objections that may arise. Meeting and exceeding the allocated sales targets will be a key performance indicator for you. In addition to sales activities, you will also be expected to evaluate customer needs, identify potential selling opportunities, and manage warranty claims efficiently. Another aspect of your role will involve assigning installations to the Mechanics team and ensuring proper follow-up on job cards. To excel in this position, basic automotive knowledge is essential. Proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as computer literacy, are also prerequisites. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service will be beneficial for this role.
