Business Unit - CMS- Operations

Job Purpose-

Job Responsibilities(JR) :

CMS Operations - Escrow

Ensure all the Escrow account transactions received for processing /authorization will get processed /authorized without exceptions, and which should be in line with the Escrow agreement conditions in Flexcube Corporate system within TAT.
Timely Processing / Authorization of Escrow transactions with correct client details
Flawless, accurate Processing / authorization of transaction in the related systems. Technical verifications like verify the letter & other details in the request.
Processing /Authorization for Escrow return Transactions received via NEFT /RTGS post cross verification done with client letter and the reject reason.
Verify reports to identify failed transactions and act.
Verify all necessary reports for tracking, call back, Post Due Obligations, Outstanding etc.
Make sure that Filing of the document & follow up/ tracking of original letters completed.
Attending client queries.
5`s should be sustained effectively.
Suspense Account monitoring at the end of day after completion of all transactions.
Ensure that all registers/records etc. are updated, filed, and kept under safe custody.
