Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chandigarh for an Australia Student Visa Counsellor. The Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students seeking to study in Australia. This includes assessing student profiles, advising on suitable courses and institutions, assisting with the application process, and providing career counseling. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with students, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all visa requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Customer Service and Education skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• 2 years Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
