Role Overview: As an Australia Student Visa Counsellor at Expert Education, your primary responsibility will be to guide and support students who are looking to study in Australia. This includes evaluating student profiles, recommending suitable courses and institutions, aiding in the application process, and providing career counseling. Your role will also involve maintaining effective communication with students, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring all visa requirements are fulfilled. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate student profiles to understand their educational background and aspirations - Recommend appropriate courses and institutions based on individual student needs - Assist students throughout the application process for studying in Australia - Provide career counseling to help students make informed decisions about their future - Maintain strong communication with students to address any queries or concerns - Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for students - Ensure all visa requirements are met to facilitate a smooth process for students Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling - Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students - Strong Customer Service and Education skills to provide guidance and support - Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Previous experience in the education consultancy industry for at least 2 years is preferred,
