Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Australia Counsellor based in Amritsar. The Australia Counsellor will be responsible for providing personalized education counseling to students interested in studying in Australia. The role involves guiding students through the entire application and visa process, advising on study options, and assisting with selection processes. Additionally, the counsellor will participate in educational fairs, conduct seminars, and collaborate with educational institutions to ensure students receive accurate information and support throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in education counseling, particularly in the context of studying in Australia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of application processes, visa requirements, and educational opportunities in Australia
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in conducting research and providing accurate information
• Customer service skills, with a focus on guiding and supporting students
• Experience in conducting seminars and participating in educational fairs is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
