Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Australia Counsellor, located in Chandigarh. The Australia Counsellor will be responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive counseling services to students seeking education opportunities in Australia. Day-to-day tasks will include guiding students through the entire admission process, assisting with visa applications, providing information on educational programs, and offering support in decision making. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of educational institutions and their admission criteria, building relationships with students, and attending educational fairs and events as required. Qualifications Experience in student advisory and counseling Knowledge of Australian education system and visa processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using CRM and other counseling software Detail-oriented and empathetic towards student needs Ability to work independently and within a team Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
