Auditing Executive-Accounts

As an Accounts Executive at our company, your role will involve processing invoices, maintaining financial records, assisting in banking documentation, and supporting reconciliation activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting with MIS reporting and coordinating with internal teams for data management. Key Responsibilities: - Process invoices into the Tally system and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. - Maintain an inward register in Excel for papers, vouchers, bills, and other documents on a daily basis. - Assist in banking-related documentation and perform bank reconciliations. - Conduct intercompany balance reconciliation and support the General Ledger (GL) team in monthly MIS reporting. - Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and management. - Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management. Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of accounting concepts. - Basic proficiency in English communication. - Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). - Knowledge of Tally operations is an added advantage. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
