Audit & Tax Associate

As an Audit & Tax Associate at Efficpro Consulting and MSPM Associates LLP, your role will be multidisciplinary, providing you with exposure to various areas such as GST handling, Income Tax management, audits, advisory and consulting, financial analysis, and CFO services. You will have the opportunity to work on compliance, returns filing, refunds, audits, assessments, TDS returns handling, tax & statutory audits, internal/process/operations reviews, cost analysis audits, MIS audits, corporate advisory & consulting services, cost and MIS analysis/audit, and providing CFO services including vetting, audit, and due diligence of investment in start-up companies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle GST compliance, returns filing, refunds, audits, advisory, and assessments - Manage Income Tax Returns and TDS Returns - Conduct Tax & Statutory Audits, Internal/Process/Operations Reviews, Cost Analysis Audits, and MIS Audits - Provide Corporate Advisory & Consulting services - Perform Cost and MIS analysis/audit - Offer CFO services and conduct vetting, audit, and due diligence of investment in start-up companies **Qualifications Required:** - Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years post-qualification experience - Freshers with significant practical experience during the article ship period are welcome to apply As an Audit & Tax Associate, you should be proficient in audits with emphasis on Internal/Process Audits, Indirect & Direct Taxation. Additionally, you should have strong MS Excel skills, including the use of AI and advanced formulae, as well as excellent communication skills. Please note that this is a full-time position requiring 8.5 hours per day of on-site working, with no work from home option available. Candidates from Surat location are preferred, and occasional travel to Gujarat and Mumbai for professional assignments will be required. The company will provide full arrangements for lodging, boarding, and travel for audit purposes outside Surat.
