Role Description The Audit & Tax Associate will be responsible for executing end-to-end statutory compliances and assisting in audit and accounting functions across multiple clients. The role demands a high level of ownership, accuracy, and agility to manage concurrent assignments while ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and firm standards. The ideal candidate is expected to think independently, act decisively, and deliver consistent quality under pressure. Key Responsibilities Execute GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances , including returns, reconciliations, and documentation. Support audit and accounting engagements with structured workpapers and reports. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all client deliverables. Manage multiple clients simultaneously without cross-data errors. Apply sound judgment and prioritize tasks effectively . Maintain strict adherence to timelines and firm quality benchmarks. Exhibit flexibility to travel or extend working hours during peak seasons. (Preferred but Optional) Exposure to corporate compliances under the Companies Act. Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in a CA or Audit firm. Proficient in Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax . Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word . Highly disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented . Capable of working independently with minimal supervision . Excellent time management and decision-making ability.
