Audit Senior - Statutory Audit

As an Audit Senior (Statutory Audit), you will be responsible for handling external/statutory audit engagements of listed/non-listed entities from the planning stage till closure. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling areas allotted by seniors. - Monitoring/supervising junior staff, including continuous monitoring of time and cost during assignments. - Maintaining adequate documentation on a timely basis. - Conducting research for technical accounting issues and providing solutions. - Working to maintain a portfolio of clients, managing multiple deadlines, and further developing industry expertise. - Identifying and communicating client issues and audit findings. Qualifications required for this role include being CA Qualified with 1 to 3 years of experience. It is preferred that you have work experience in NBFC Companies / Banking/ Manufacturing, and have previously handled clients with a turnover of Rs. 100+ Crore size. Additionally, you must have in-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and Standards on Auditing, along with good technical & industry expertise. Strong technical knowledge of statutory audit and tax audit is essential, and ERP working knowledge is preferred. Good communication and presentation skills are also required. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The company is looking for an immediate joiner to a maximum of 30 days notice period.
