Required Skills & Competencies:
7+ years of experience in Compliance, Process Improvement, and Audit Management.
Strong experience in handling ISO (27001/9001), CMMI Level 3 or above, PCI-DSS audits.
Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and implementation.
Experience in setting up and managing QMS and process governance models.
Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Support IT service management implementation and improvement using ITIL principles.
Certifications preferred - ISO Lead Auditor, ITIL Foundation/Intermediate, CMMI Associate/Professional, PCI-DSS knowledge
