Role Overview: You will be joining a client in the audit and assurance domain, specifically focusing on US Non-Profit Organizations, Foundations, and Private Company Audits. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy analytics, and are eager to gain exposure to US auditing standards. As an Audit Associate, you will be an integral part of the growing US Audit team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in conducting financial statement audits for US Non-Profit entities and private clients. - Perform audit procedures, testing, sampling, walkthroughs, and documentation in accordance with US GAAS. - Prepare working papers and maintain audit files using platforms like CaseWare or similar tools. - Identify variances, report findings, and ensure quality and accuracy in audit processes. - Collaborate with US audit teams to address queries, provide updates, and participate in reviews. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; candidates with a CA/ACCA degree will be preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in audit, assurance, or US accounting. - Knowledge of US GAAP/GAAS is advantageous, with training provided as necessary. - Strong analytical and documentation skills. - Effective communication abilities and flexibility to work during the evening shift.
