As an Assistant supporting the audit team, your role involves performing various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of audits. Your responsibilities include: - Assisting in audit fieldwork as directed by senior team members. - Conducting basic audit procedures and tests to validate financial records. - Organizing and preparing audit documentation in compliance with firm standards. - Verifying the accuracy of financial data by cross-checking documents and figures. - Reporting findings to supervisors and following up on feedback. - Adhering to established policies and procedures to ensure compliance. - Adding value to clients and striving for excellence in every assignment. - Staying updated with relevant knowledge and conducting seminars/trainings for clients, articles, and managers as needed. - Communicating critical and important issues regarding clients to the Reporting Partner.
