Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Audiometrist to conduct hearing tests, evaluate patients’ auditory system, and support ENT specialists in diagnosing hearing-related conditions. The role involves performing audiometry assessments, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct pure tone audiometry, impedance audiometry, and speech audiometry tests.
* Assess hearing levels and identify abnormalities in patients of all age groups.
* Assist ENT specialists with diagnostic procedures and provide accurate test reports.
* Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot audiometry equipment regularly.
* Educate patients on test procedures, hearing care, and follow-up requirements.
* Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and reporting of test results.
* Follow clinical protocols and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
* Coordinate with the medical team for patient flow and scheduling.
Requirements
* Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Audiology, Hearing Language, or related field.
* 1–3 years of experience as an Audiometrist or Audiology Technician (freshers with good skills can also apply).
* Knowledge of audiometry tools and diagnostic techniques.
* Strong communication skills and patient-handling ability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
