Audio Engineer

As an Audio Engineer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing audio equipment to ensure the delivery of high-quality sound production for various events and programs, including conferences, music festivals, and CSR activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating and maintaining audio equipment for events and programs. - Setting up and troubleshooting audio systems such as microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and mixing boards. - Collaborating with event organizers and technical teams for seamless sound production. - Recording, editing, and mixing audio content for educational materials and promotional videos. - Monitoring audio levels and quality during live events, making real-time adjustments. - Assisting in training staff and volunteers on audio equipment operation. - Staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements in audio engineering. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Proven experience as a Live Sound/Studio engineer, preferably in live event production. - Proficiency in operating audio equipment like soundboards, microphones, and speakers. - Strong technical knowledge of audio signal flow, acoustics, and digital audio processing. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure. - Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams. - Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends for event coverage.
