VERY POOR CLIENT HANDLING, DONT HAVE MANNERS TO TALK, THEY GIVE THE WRONG DETAILS TO CLIENTS THAT NO CHARGE IS DEDUCTED TILL 31/12/2017, BUT AT THE SAME END MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED TWICE.. AND I DONT EVEN WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THIS BANK …

Worst ever bank, totaly unprofessional, rude behaviour not having basic banking knowledge and not follow of RBI rules. Avoid to open account in such type of bank.

Very unprofessional bank staff there were 2-3 girls sitting at the branch I ask to open a account but they were asking stupid questions and staring me like I have done any crime I don't know why AU bank hired unprofessional staff.

Such a pathetic staff specially females I don't think these girls who is sitting at the branch they have any banking experience bank just hired them just for show off I request to bank at least hire those candidates who are deserving instead of such unprofessional girls who does not know how to treat with customers.
