The internet connection provided is very good in ahmedabad bopal area. The support system is also great. Only request to the team from my side is that please change your payment system online , there is no system to save your card and one cannot pay from HDFC bank.

I am fed of this broadband. Where to start criticism I am just frustrated. Don’t even compare this with BSNL. I am just waiting for the current plan to get over then I will switch to another. I will say that it is a scam as you don’t get internet for 10 days in almost every month. Please opt for another provider if possible.

The service has been absolutely bad for a lot of days and it has not been yet resolved. Customer care provides scripted answers and no real help when I am working from home and rely on internet.Absolute waste of money and irresponsible ISP.

very badd service provider, it have been 3 days since my connections gone i tried complaining for many times and called customer care but they are just postponing the resolving dates now its high time i am now going to shift my connection to other operator. Plz dont use ACT

The service requests are not resolved on time and there is no response. It causes massive delays in work that relies on internet. My internet has been down for 3 days now and it actually costed me money as I could not work from home.
