Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging lesson plans for STEM subjects, including electronics, mechanics, and robotics.
Conduct hands-on activities and experiments to teach students about mechatronics principles.
Utilize technology such as IoT devices and AI tools to enhance teaching methods.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive learning environment for students.
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their understanding of STEM concepts.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in education/training industry or related field (mechanical engineering background preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
Master's degree in Any Specialization (M.Tech).
Strong knowledge of STEM subjects, including electronics, mechanics, and robotics; familiarity with IoT & AI basics.
Experience working with learners by design approach; ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
