We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated, passionate dietician to join our team. As an Athleaders in-house dietician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dietary assessments, developing customized nutrition plans, and offering ongoing support to clients remotely. Role Description The right candidate is an experienced Personal Trainer with superior communication and interpersonal skills. He/she has a strong passion for fitness and is a good team player with high standards that they uphold to the benefit of our trainer team and our clients’ results. They should also be able to provide structured feedback to personal trainers and foster strong relationships through open communication and streamline processes for efficiencies. We would evaluate the candidate by trainer engagement, service quality and client satisfaction. This will be a work from home role where the candidate will be expected to work full time and should be able to multitask and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Evaluation, Protocol Implementation, and Service Quality Assurance: Assess trainers’ session structures to ensure alignment with client expectations and Athleaders standards. Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain service excellence. Track and monitor client progress to achieve desired outcomes. Trainer Support, Skill Development, and Coaching: Develop and implement training programs for personal trainers, covering fitness assessments, client sessions, and result reviews. Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to ensure high-quality session delivery. Lead induction programs for new trainers and ensure adherence to brand standards. Conduct regular meetings to support session programming and protocol adherence. Communication, Coordination, and Team Support: Facilitate effective communication within and across teams. Oversee trainer-related data and activity reports. Support client progress tracking and ensure seamless coordination. Ensure the Athleaders Trainer Portal is updated timely by all trainers with accurate client information and session logs. Handle additional responsibilities on an ad-hoc basis as per business requirements. Requirements: Personal Trainer certified or undergraduate / postgraduate degree in Sports. Demonstrated work experience in a fitness and/or athletic environment, including experience in assessing clients and developing and monitoring individual exercise programs for a minimum of 1-3 years Previous experience in a client facing role preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superior interpersonal and coaching abilities. Ability to contribute to a positive team culture with adherence to brand standards. Effective time management and prioritisation skills. Enthusiastic and passionate about the fitness industry.
