Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct client consultation calls to understand their goals, timeline, and fitness needs.

· Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to secure new clients.

· Sell personal training, yoga, nutrition coaching and other services, trials and packages to expand our membership base.

· Coordinate with clients on feedback, program adjustments, and check-in calls to ensure their satisfaction.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and growth strategies.

· Actively pursue new clients through various channels, including online marketing, social media, and networking

events.

· Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

· Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.

Education & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree

· Fluent English – excellent written & verbal communication

· Sales or Customer Service background

· Highly responsive via WhatsApp, email, and other modes of virtual communication

· Highly organised - need to keep track of many aspects

· Can work in a fast-paced environment

· Show initiative and willingness to learn

· Ability to work independently and efficiently
