Assurance Supervisor - Industrial Goods

As a member of the client engagement teams at RSM US, your role involves providing timely and high-quality client service to both large and small companies across various industries. You will be required to develop strong working relationships with teams to understand and address complex business challenges. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding clients" needs, expectations, business operations, accounting systems, and industry-specific standards - Developing expertise in RSM US audit approach, methodology, and tools - Conducting audit procedures in compliance with the audit plan and documenting the work performed - Identifying risks and accounting issues, and collaborating with the team to resolve them - Researching technical accounting matters and developing industry knowledge - Preparing audit reports, management letters, and ensuring compliance with professional standards - Providing supervision, training, and guidance to associates - Taking ownership of tasks to deliver excellent service and meet client expectations - Collaborating with RSM audit professionals and participating in various projects - Demonstrating critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and timely completion of work - Providing oversight and training to senior associates and associates Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's in Commerce/MBA qualification - Chartered Accountant/ACCA/Licensed CPA with 4-7 years of experience in accounting and audit - Strong technical skills in accounting, including knowledge of GAAP and GAAS - Proficiency in multitasking and project management - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills for interactions with clients and engagement teams Additionally, preferred qualifications include: - Experience in the Industrial Goods industry - Strong data analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency (Vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas), Word, and PowerPoint Your role at RSM US will involve continuous professional development through education and collaboration with diverse teams to provide integrated service delivery.,
