Assurance Associate 2 - Real Estate

You will be part of a leading global provider of professional services, aiming to instill confidence in a world of change and empower clients and people to reach their full potential. You will work closely with teams to understand clients" businesses and challenges, ensuring timely and high-quality client service across various industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing a deep understanding of clients" needs, expectations, business operations, and industry-related issues. - Demonstrating proficiency in audit approach, methodology, and tools. - Conducting audit procedures as per the audit plan and ensuring accurate documentation. - Identifying and resolving accounting and auditing issues. - Assisting in preparing audit reports and management letters. - Maintaining professionalism, judgment, and ethical standards. - Collaborating with audit professionals and senior management daily. - Taking ownership of tasks and delivering excellent service. - Providing high-quality client service and coordinating audit work plans. - Understanding service offerings and collaborating effectively with teams. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's in Commerce/MBA. - Qualified Chartered Accountant/ACCA/CPA. - 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. - Strong multitasking and project management abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in the Real Estate industry. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Ability to work effectively in a team. - Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. - Client-focused with strong multitasking skills.
