Assurance - AM Level

As a qualified CA (ICAI) with 3.5 years of statutory audit experience, your role will involve leading and overseeing pre-audit planning and fieldwork. This includes reviewing client accounting and operating procedures. You will be responsible for performing audit testing and planning to support the audit opinion, preparing work papers for complex areas, conducting internal control and substantive testing, and performing analytical reviews. Additionally, you will prepare financial statements and supporting documentation in compliance with auditing standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee pre-audit planning and fieldwork - Perform audit testing and planning, prepare work papers, conduct internal control and substantive testing, and perform analytical reviews - Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation - Research and resolve technical accounting and auditing issues - Draft audit reports for managerial review - Assist Managers/Partners in conducting risk assessments and developing audit programs - Build strong working relationships with clients and participate in networking activities - Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the implementation of best practices Qualifications: - CA (ICAI) qualified with 3.5 years of statutory audit experience - Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce/Finance - Experience in statutory audit within a public accounting or consulting firm preferred - Ability to manage multiple audits and client engagements simultaneously - Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills - Solid understanding of audit methodologies and data analysis techniques - Strong problem-solving and research skills - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities - Client-focused mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.,
