Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive ASM (Asst sales manager) to join our interior design team.
(Residential and commercial)
The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, follow up on leads, schedule appointments for design consultations, and maintain a professional and positive image of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain interior design services.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into appointments or walk-ins.
Handle inbound calls and respond to queries related to services, pricing, and offerings.
Maintain a customer database and update records regularly.
Coordinate with the sales and design team to schedule site visits and meetings.
Share company portfolios, presentations, and brochures over email/WhatsApp.
Meet daily/weekly targets for lead conversion and follow-ups.
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
Report to Sales Manager on daily basis about the progress of leads.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
