Asst. Store Keeper

Dear Candidate,

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Storekeeper Executive to support store operations in our manufacturing unit located at Rabale. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant experience and proficiency in Tally ERP. The role involves managing inventory, assisting with store documentation, coordinating with procurement and production teams, and ensuring timely stock updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the store department.
• Maintain and update inventory records using Tally ERP.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials as per company procedures.
• Issue materials to various departments as per indents.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification of inventory.
• Coordinate with the purchase and production departments regarding material requirements.
• Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), delivery challans, and other related documentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and systematic arrangement of store materials.
• Monitor stock levels and notify the Store Incharge of shortages or excesses.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and identification of materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Storekeeper/Assistant Storekeeper in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficient in Tally ERP (compulsory).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Understanding of inventory management and storekeeping practices.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under supervision.

Educational Qualification:

• HSC / Diploma / Graduate in any stream (preferred background in storekeeping or inventory management).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
