Job Description: As an Assistant Project Manager with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through delivery. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope, utilizing various project management tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and managing end-to-end project execution. - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations. - Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project. - Monitor project performance and escalate issues or risks when necessary. - Support in change management processes, ensuring timely and efficient implementation. - Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and standards. - Assist in preparing progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams working under Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. - Identify and proactively resolve project bottlenecks and issues. - Ensure effective communication and follow-ups with all involved parties. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management roles. - Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project. - Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies. - Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. - Experience in escalation and change management. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,
