Global Healthcare company requires   Sr  Executive/Asst Manager( Accounts and  Finance)- Bandra ( West)- Mumbai
One of our client anAmerican multinational healthcare company established over 60 years ago in US and with an annualturnover of approx. 700+Crore and is head-quartered in Mumbai and is operating in over 140 countries countries offering services to its customers across the globe .The Company has 20Branches in India across multiple states. India headquater islocated in Mumbai to beengaged in the business of cash-and-carry wholesale trading of Health, Nutrition and Beauty careproducts, is looking for a result-oriented graduate. We are seeking a highly qualified and detailoriented professional to manage and oversee our finance and compliance operations. Experience - over 3 years in accounts and finance wioth a mid or large size orgamnisations

Qualification- BCOM/ CA Inter preferred


Key Roles & Responsibilities

Department: Finance / Legal & Compliance

Position Type: Full-time

Reports To: Senior Manager Finance

Qualification: - Inter CA, MBA, M.com

Job Role: -


1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. 2. Responsible for overall vendor management including vendor invoices booking, payment processing and ensuring stat compliance of TDS, GST on vendor invoices booked. 3. Preparation of Purchase and Sales order along with inventory management. 4. Assist in overseeing and coordinating the activities of internal/statutory auditor and assist in timelycompletion of Audit.5. Maintain documentation along with Purchase, Sales, Export and Imports registers. 6. Assist in preparation of the financial reports as per the local & Global requirements. 7. Co-ordination with Multiple internal and external stake holders to get the work done on timelybasis. Required Skills: -

1) over 3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, and Statutory Compliance.

2) Good written and verbal communication skills(English and Hindi)

3) Well verse with Statutory compliances of Income tax and GST compliances.

4) Proficiency in MS office and accounting software (Tally)

5) Candidate preferred from FMCG industry
