Asst. Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Merchandiser to join our growing team in the garment manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in merchandising and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and tracking production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and internal teams for order execution.
• Follow up on sampling, production, and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports (T&A calendars, costing sheets, order status).
• Analyze sales and order data to assist senior merchandisers in planning.
• Assist in fabric, trims, and accessories sourcing as per buyer requirements.
• Maintain clear records of communications, changes, and approvals.
• Support the senior merchandising team in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure product quality standards and delivery timelines are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Fashion, Textile, or Business Management).
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in garment/apparel merchandising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
• Good understanding of garment production cycles, sampling, and TNA.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of export procedures is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
