Responsibilities :-- Manage and lead a team of collection agents to achieve collection target effectively -Implement strategies to optimize collection process and improve efficiency -Analyze collection performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. Requirement:-- Proven experience in team handling and vendor management within the financial services industry is preferred.- Strong analytical problem solving skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target driven environment.-Bachelor Degree in any field.
