Role & responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyse HR data, and other relevant HR-related information. Prepare reports and dashboards to highlight trends and patterns. 2. Strategic Insights : Provide strategic insights based on data analysis. Use data to inform decision-making and develop HR strategies. 3. Metrics Definition and Data Sources : Define various HR metrics. Identify relevant data sources analysis. 4. Analytics Solutions Implementation : Work on implementing analytics tools and solutions. Integration with existing systems. 5. Data Quality : Ensure data quality and consistency. 6. Industry Awareness : Identify industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to HR analytics. Preferred candidate profile: Proven experience in HR Analytics. Functional experience in HR domain to understand the data better. Proficiency in Excel. Familiarity in any BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI will be added advantage. Proficiency in Six Sigma, TQM, Lean Management Excellent communication skills.
