AGM/DGM - Marketing & Merchandising

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and implement effective marketing & merchandising strategies to achieve seasonal and annual sales targets. Oversee the sourcing and procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with production schedules. Should have experience in handling woven & Knit-based products and experience in handling sportwear/ activewear/athleisure is preferred. Work closely with the production team to ensure all orders are executed according to buyer specifications and quality standards. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels across all product categories. Manage costing for all export orders, ensuring that pricing aligns with both buyer expectations and company profitability targets. Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
