You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production processes for luxury athleisure collections, ensuring premium quality and timely delivery. This includes translating design concepts into production-ready specifications, sourcing and coordinating with fabric mills, trim suppliers, and manufacturing units, monitoring sampling and bulk production, implementing efficient production workflows, and maintaining detailed production documentation. You will also be required to stay updated on innovations in fabrics, finishes, and sustainable production methods relevant to athleisure and luxury fashion. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end production processes for luxury athleisure collections - Translate design concepts into production-ready specifications - Source and coordinate with fabric mills, trim suppliers, and manufacturing units - Monitor sampling, fittings, and bulk production - Implement efficient production workflows and cost-optimization strategies - Liaise with vendors to resolve production challenges - Stay updated on innovations in fabrics and sustainable production methods - Maintain detailed production documentation, timelines, and reports Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Fashion Production, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field - 4 to 8 years of experience in production management/design within luxury fashion, sportswear, or athleisure - Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and finishing techniques - Proficiency in production planning tools, ERP systems, and MS Excel - Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and meet tight deadlines If you join Ishmat Lifestyle Pvt.
