Gathering Competition Information to enhance product quality and customer experience. Enhancing the overall dealership profitability through service effort in his areas. Ensuring Spares parts availability at EOR levels. To propagate awareness about safety, health and environment among dealers and customers. Implementation of TS Procedures of the division including Regional Offices
