Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and expanding the business in Industrial & building segments in the assigned territory. Your main focus will be on delivering targets on sales volume, price, and growing the business significantly and consistently. Your role will involve market intelligence gathering, generating project leads, and proactively pursuing them to a logical conclusion. You will also be required to create a data bank of inquiries, track progress regularly, and seek support whenever necessary. Additionally, you will drive brand and product differentiation in the market by focusing on Thermal and Acoustic Performance of Stonewool and Glasswool products. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the sales team and system-providers such as drywall companies, roofing, civil, insulation contractors, and HVAC contractors to develop techno-commercially viable and value-added insulation solutions for the Industrial & building segments. - Coordinate closely with all supporting functions to deliver upon the agreed business strategy. - Create brand and product awareness based on applications/performance among the specification community/OEMs and explore opportunities for converting other types of insulation to Stonewool and Glasswool in the Industrial & building segments. - Implement all key initiatives to achieve the strategy and growth objectives. - Develop and maintain effective networking with Architects and Consultants within the Industrial & building segments through specifications. - Promote System Selling for drywall partitions, sandwich panel applications, etc. - Demonstrate thorough knowledge about Thermal calculations, energy savings, and solution-based technical bidding. - Track the Stonewool and Glasswool specified projects and ensure their conversion by closely working with the sales team in the region. - Independently submit and clear technical bids and collaborate with the sales team to clear techno-commercial bids. Qualifications Required: - Strong background in sales and business development, particularly in the Industrial & building segments. - Excellent communication and networking skills to engage with various stakeholders effectively. - In-depth knowledge of Thermal calculations, energy savings, and insulation solutions. - Proven experience in driving brand/product differentiation and achieving sales targets. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Prior experience in the construction or insulation industry would be advantageous.
