Asst. Manager- Quality

As an Assistant Manager - Quality at Voltaira group, you will be responsible for promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization. Your key tasks will include: - Interacting effectively with Production and Development teams to maintain product supply and help introduce new products. - Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers and ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood and carried out. - Supervising quality staff and inspectors in carrying out tests and checks. - Managing and maintaining the Company's quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials, components, processes, and finished goods. - Implementing goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems pertaining to the QA/QC. - Setting QA compliance objectives in your area and ensuring that targets are achieved. - Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers and comparing them with customer requirements. - Defining standard operating quality procedures for quality-related tasks. - Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports. - Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters. - Being authorized to stop/prevent product deliveries to customers in case of any internal or external concerns.
