Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - QC in the Pharma OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) division located in Kala Amb. The Assistant Manager - QC will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, implementing quality management systems, and analyzing product quality. Other duties include leading the QC team, conducting routine inspections, and preparing quality reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems
• Skills in analytical testing, product quality analysis, and documentation
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in OSD, is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
