Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Projects Sales in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, project management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of the retail industry and its dynamics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop strategic recommendations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
