Asst. Manager-NATM

As an experienced professional in NATM/UG works, you will be responsible for various aspects of construction projects. Your key roles and responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of 1-2 employees and overseeing the planning and execution of NATM works effectively. - Possessing good interpersonal skills to communicate efficiently with team members and stakeholders. - Ensuring the prevention of disintegration of the rock mass and verifying that additional stresses during excavation are absorbed by the rock mass. - Monitoring the behavior of the rock-tunnel system to observe the stabilization process. - Preparing NATM/UG specific method statements for project implementation. - Conducting skill training and orientation sessions for field engineers and frontline supervisors. - Collaborating with customers on functional matters to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Networking and interfacing with all functions to facilitate effective coordination and timely decision-making. - Demonstrating an enterprising nature and effectively communicating on functional and project quality-related issues. - Having executed at least one NATM package to showcase your experience. - Establishing a competent regime for inspection and testing processes at project sites.
