Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily production targets in terms of Quality (Yield) and Quantity (LIPAS).
  • Responsible for Drive train Electronics & Mechanical assembly line.
  • Forecast time, materials and other resource requirements for production workflow.
  • Reviewer and mentor for process and material quality challenges to meet the target.
  • Creator of weekly monthly production schedules along with program management team.
  • Liable for Manpower planning line balancing.
  • Efficient utilize of the Man, Material, and Machine.
  • Experience in Meters, Smart Meter, Energy Meter.
  • Mentor to improve the multi-skills of the operators.
  • Organizer and reviewer of daily Meeting with all line leaders and shift In-charge on day-to-day activities.
  • Responsible for managing operators to achieve the target through training, motivating guiding.
  • Track employee performance by utilizing performance monitoring systems.
