Job Description


Role & Responsibility -

  • Ensure compliance under all labour acts like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, CLRA, etc.
  • Timely payments and returns filing under all labour acts.
  • Timely reply to all inspections and notices received from govt. officials.
  • Coordinate with the consultant for day to day compliance activities.
  • Keep updated with all amendments in labor laws and implement changes, as required.
  • Maintain payroll and statutory compliance trackers and reports.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing.

Qualification:

  • 5+ years of experience in Payroll and statutory compliance
  • Any graduate/postgraduate. An MBA/MSW will be preferred.
