a new Japanese automotive company launching in India! A leading Japanese automotive manufacturer is setting up its first facility in Gujarat (Vithalapur - Becharaji). This is a pre-opening HR Generalist role - an opportunity to build systems, processes, and culture from the ground up.
Location: Vithalapur, Becharaji (Gujarat)
Cab Facility: from Ahmedabad, Mehsana, Kadi to Company plant.
Budgeted Remuneration: Upto 14 lacs p.a.
Role Highlights:
We are looking for a seasoned Assistant HR Manager who can :
Set up HR systems, policies, and processes for a new plant,
Lead recruitment, onboarding, compliance & employee engagement,
Work closely with Japanese leadership teams,
Build the HR foundation for a world-class manufacturing unit
Experience Required:
5-8 years in HR (Strictly in Manufacturing or Engineering companies), Manufacturing Plant experience is mandatory Strong understanding of plant HR operations
Job Timing: 9 AM - 6 PM
Working Days: Alternate Saturdays Off
