As an Assistant Manager HR at our organization based in Kochi, you will play a crucial role in handling a variety of HR and operational responsibilities. With over 5 years of experience in general HR activities and a qualification in MBA/PGDBM-HR, you will be responsible for addressing employee inquiries and concerns to maintain positive employee relations. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring that all practices comply with relevant laws and regulations. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee records and databases, generating reports, and analyzing data related to HR metrics. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of HR and operational functions within our organization. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from 4-7 LPA and is located in Kochi within the Interior Designing industry.
