Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations: Familiarity with medical equipment regulations, standards, and compliance (e.g., FDA regulations, ISO standards).
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier agreements.Attention to Detail: Ensuring the quality and compliance of medical products.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to evaluate suppliers and products, and solve procurement-related issues. Import and Export Knowledge must required.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and healthcare professionals.Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with procurement software and systems like SAP, ERP, & other medical supply chain platforms.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.Familiarity with supply chain risk management in healthcare settings.
