Asst Manager / Deputy Manager - HR & Admin- Dobespet ( Bangalore)

Role & responsibilities

cunova is a MNC company and the factory is located in Dobespet-Bangalore.

1) Responsible for Human Resources Management and Administration functions.

2) Responsible to maintain cordial Industrial Relations.

3) As H.R incharge plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development

(including recruitment and selection, on boarding , induction, discipline, grievance, counseling,

contracts, training and development, morale and motivation, culture and attitude development,

performance appraisal. Employee records , MIS etc)

4) Responsible for contract labour Management

5) As Administration Head will be responsible for Security, House Keeping , Employee welfare,

Transportation etc

6)Take care of all statutory compliances and filing of returns to Factory Inspector, Labour office,

Pollution Control Board etc.,

7)Maintain records as required by ISO9000:2008 / IS0 14001 system.

8) Advise & guide staff and personnel reporting to you.

9) Make best use of ERP

10) Prepare monthly MIS to the Management

11) Analyse MIS data and take action.

12) Implement HR Policies working with the Managers and Plant Heads.

13) Make CUNOVA the best place to work

14) Take up other responsibilities as assigned by senior management

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate staying near Dobespet would be preferred.

1. 6 to 12 years of experience in HR & Admin Generalist role

2.Excellent understanding of all HR & Admin activities

3.A master's degree in human resources management

4.Experience in developing HR strategies and policies

5 Knowledge of industry regulations and labour laws

6.Strong communication and interpersonal skills

7.Ethical approach with integrity

8.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

9.Time management skills.

10.Excellent Computer literacy ( MS office in particular).

11.Hands on experience with ERP will be an advantage.
