Role & responsibilities Responsible for Export Sales & Marketing. Should be able to understand Mechanical drawings, prepare Quotations in coordination with Engineering and Costing and submit quotations. Coordinate with Factory, Commercial, New Product Development to ensure shipments on time. Be the key contact with customers/ buyers and understand their requirements on weekly & monthly basis. Develop 3 Months rolling Sales Plan by consolidating customer PO & Schedules sent by them from time to time. Managing inventory at Warehouse and replenishing the same based on customer demand for parts on monthly basis. Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports as directed by the Management. Responsible to achieve and exceed Sales Revenue and Margin targets. Research new market opportunities and map potential customers and Competitors. Ensure Payments are collected on time and coordinate with Commercial Team. Take up other responsibilities as assigned by senior management. Preferred candidate profile Engineering Graduate with 4 to 10 years of experience. Prior experience in handling export marketing preferred. Good command over written & oral communication skills in English. Flair for social media like LinkedIn, Facebook etc. would be an added advantage. Should be conversant with MS office and excel tools. Monthly schedule planning, procurement of all items needed. 3. Manage Inventory at optimum level. 4. Implement of cost reduction projects 5. Identification and development of new suppliers and subcontractors. 6. Price breakup and negotiation 7. Procure at the Lowest Price, Best Quality and Fast Delivery 8. Material accounting and audit at sub-contractors end 9. Logistics of inbound and outbound materials. 10. Coordination with Production / Stores / Quality /Engineering/ PPC / Finance / Sales/ NPD depts. 11. Supplier parts quality improvements and problem resolving 12. Continuous Improvement. Preferred candidate profile Min 4 years experience in Manufacturing industry preferably Automotive sector – with exposure to purchase of Steel Bars and Tubes, Sheet Metal, Industrial Hose, Consumables and Subcontract Machining activities.
