Robotic Application Spot welding, Material Handling, sealant, Co2 welding, Brazing, Laser Brazing, Sash Correction, Hemming, Door fitment etc.
Robot Programming & trouble shooting.
Ability to resolve concern of Robot Periphery & Integration.
Robotic Cycle Time Optimization
Trouble shotting of Robot Controllers
Robot Grippers

Maintenance of other Equipment. (Body shop Equipment)

Adaptive Welding Controller - BOSCH
Robotic servo Gun OBARA
Robotic sealer System-GRACO / SCA
Conveyor & Material handling system- WEVIN / ATS
Manual spot-welding Gun NASH
Electro-pneumatic Fixtures & Its component.
Co2 Welding / Brazing Machines Lorch, ESAB, FRONIOUS/ Dent puller
