Mode of Employment : Full time / Permanent - Direct role with the Client.

Mode of Work : Work From Office (WFO) | MON – SAT (2nd & 3rd Saturdays - Holiday)

Work Location : Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore.

Role - Requirement & Responsibilities :

• At least 5 + years of work experience in managing / handling - Call Center operations / backend support.
• Strong people management skills with good experience in handling large teams (100+ members).
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment with Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Willingness to work at rotational shifts.
• Demonstrated flexibility & initiative in achieving daily operational goals.
• Good knowledge of customer service practices & principles.
• Good experience in handling MS Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
