Asst. IT Manager, Network

As a Network and Information Security Specialist at Colgate-Palmolive, you will be joining the Global Information Security organization to work closely with the Global Network and Information Security teams. Your role will involve managing Global Network & Global Information Security technologies and team performing relevant operations. Additionally, your expertise in network architecture, design, engineering, and supporting network & security configurations over hybrid environments including on-premise and public clouds like GCP will be crucial. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architectural understanding of Datacenter and Cloud network and correlation with different components of it - Architectural understanding of Landscape (LAN, WAN, Wireless) - Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems related to DC LAN/cloud - Analyze business requirements to develop technical network solutions, perform network modeling, analysis, and budget planning - Monitor and analyze network performance and data input/output reports to detect problems - Upgrade network hardware and software components as required - People development and management - Escalation, business reviews, and analytics - Ability to coordinate with Vendor TAC cases for resolution of the issue - Ability to analyze data and come up with trend analysis **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree required - Minimum 7+ years of experience in Network & Security technologies - Strong understanding of Network & Security fundamentals - Good understanding of cybersecurity technology, architecture, and best practices - Modern networking knowledge and understanding (OSI, TCP/IP, switching, routing, firewalling, NAT, proxies, IDS/IPS, WAF's, CDN's, SSL/TLS, etc.) - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently - Excellent communication and collaboration skills **Additional Details:** Colgate-Palmolive Company is a global consumer products company operating in over 200 countries, specializing in Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Skin Care, and Pet Nutrition.
