Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Director - Product Consultant in ALM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and financial services, risk management, regulatory reporting, accounting, and finance.

Roles and Responsibility

Participate in projects related to Moody's Analytics Enterprise Risk Solution software implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.
Lead or support various implementation services, assisting clients throughout the full cycle delivery of software solutions for different regulatory and business requirements.
Gather requirements, write functional and technical specification documents, conduct workshops, configure systems, develop functional and technical test cases, and manage production/governance activities.
Conceptualize best practices and develop tools using AI frameworks for the Centre of Excellence, MA India.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions tailored to regulatory and business requirements.
Support clients through all stages of software solution implementation, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.

Job Requirements

A degree or diploma in Technology, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, and Engineering is required.
Certification in finance and/or IT, such as CFA, PRM/FRM in Risk Management, Data analytics, or PL/SQL, is preferred.
Possess strong analytical skills for conceptualizing best practices and developing innovative tools, including AI frameworks.
Experience in software implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and migration projects is essential.
Demonstrate effective communication skills for conducting workshops and interacting with clients.
Be a team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
