Asst Creative Producer

As an Assistant Creative Producer at Cocoma Digital Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in developing original, high-quality video content across various genres. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the creation of engaging video content like trailers, teasers, promos, interviews, and entertainment-focused videos. - Supporting the end-to-end production cycle from ideation to post-production, including tasks like scripting, shooting, editing, and more. - Collaborating with the Creative Producer to manage pre-production tasks, shoot logistics, and production timelines effectively. - Actively participating in editing and post-production processes using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc. - Coordinating with internal teams and external freelancers for graphics, animations, music licensing, and color grading. - Repurposing long-form content into short-form reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platform-specific formats. - Ensuring video deliverables align with brand guidelines, creative direction, and deadlines. - Contributing to content ideas for YouTube growth, content localization, and campaign storytelling. - Maintaining organized project files, backups, and asset management systems on Cocomas servers and archives. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 13 years of experience in creative production, content creation, or video post-production, preferably in an agency or media background. - Proficiency in video production tools, timelines, and workflows. - Hands-on experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong creative instincts and storytelling abilities in line with digital and entertainment content. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - A Bachelors degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field is preferred.,
